Real Skin Pro Education is a registered business run by Lisa Waters. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you fill in a form on this site — to get a free guide, or to join the email list — we collect your first name and email address. That's it. We don't ask for anything else.

Like nearly every website, this site also collects some information automatically when you visit: your IP address, the type of device and browser you're using, and which pages you looked at. Our website platform, Wix, collects this on our behalf using cookies and similar technologies. It's used to keep the site working and to see roughly how many people visit.

If you subscribe to the Treatment Room Companion App, or pay for anything else through this site, your payment is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

WHY WE COLLECT IT

To send you the free guides you asked for. To send you emails about new material, workshop dates, and course launches — only if you ticked the box asking for them. To run and improve the website. To deliver anything you've paid for.

We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

YOUR EMAIL, AND HOW TO STOP IT

You only receive marketing emails if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list — no reply needed, no questions asked.

You can also reach us through the contact page and ask us to remove you, to tell you what we hold about you, or to delete it. We'll do it.

WHO ELSE SEES YOUR INFORMATION

Wix, which hosts this website and stores our contact list. Our email sending service, which is part of Wix. Our payment provider, if you've bought something. Each of these handles your information on our behalf. We don't hand it to anyone else unless the law requires it.

COOKIES

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses them to work properly and to count visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

CHILDREN

This site is for licensed estheticians and skincare professionals. It isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
